Military, Overseas/Abroad or Out of State Clients

If you have a family law case in the jurisdiction of one of the North Texas counties but currently live elsewhere ( overseas, out of state, or another part of Texas), we can help you. We have many clients who live overseas due to military / armed forces service, or due to their job in the private sector.

We understand the frustrations of being involved in a legal dispute when you're far away. We will work with you as much as possible through phone, mail and e-mail to understand the issues involved. We will make accommodations for time zone issues; we've done that in the past for clients in Germany, the United Kingdom (as well as the rest of Europe), Iraq, Afghanistan, Eastern Europe, Japan and the rest of the Pacific Rim. We will minimize however we can the amount of time that you may need to be present in North Texas, so that you can continue as much as possible with your day to day responsibilities.
