Denton County District Court issued Temporary Suspension of In-Person Visitation in CPS Cases

Today, the Denton County District Courts temporarily suspended all in-person visitation between parents and children in CPS cases, effective March 24, 2020 through May 1, 2020.  Visitation between parents and children may take place via Facetime, Skype, Zoom, or any other video platform.
