Our Courts will have Remote Hearings until Further Notice

The District Courts of Denton County require all parties to conduct their litigation remotely.  The Courts are using the Zoom app to conduct hearings and trials.  The judges and lawyer have been trained to use the app for hearings. There will be some hiccups along the way as we learn how to submit and admit evidence through Zoom, direct and cross-examine witnesses, and have witnesses appear through subpoenas.  We will be guiding our clients through the process of remote hearings so they know we have their backs. These guidelines are in place until we hear further from the courts.  Stay safe out there.
